Appointments & cancellation

Do you or your baby have flu symptoms, a fever or a contagious condition? Please reschedule your appointment — free of charge. Cancelling or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours in advance by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Guidance & safety

During every session you, as a parent, stay with your baby. Up to two people may accompany each baby, except for the Private and VIP packages. Our staff guide you step by step.

Hygiene

The water in our jacuzzis is purified and chlorine-free (35–37 °C). After every session we clean thoroughly; the whole place is disinfected weekly by a specialised company.

Payment

Payment is made on site or in advance. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any package within their validity period.
